Please read our delivery information. By placing an order with us, you agree with the following delivery terms:
Delivery times and costs
Standard delivery is free.
Delivery is 1 to 3 working days within the UK & the European Union (eu) countries.
Delivery to the rest of the world is within 4 to 7 working days.
We only offer standard delivery at the moment. Standard delivery includes a tracking number with your order.
Our delivery method is flat, standard and there are no extra costs for delivery.
Handling time
Orders are processed and handled within the same working day.
Order are processed on the same working day on Mondays to Fridays. Our cut-off time for the last order is 4pm GMT time.
Courier service used
We use any of following courier services: DHL, Fedex, UPS, DPD, TNT, Parcel Force & Royal Mail.
Where do you deliver from
We deliver from our main office based in Duabi, United Arab Emirates.

You can check the status of your order by using the tracking number and tracking link provided with your order
What should I do if my order has not been delivered?
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated time, we suggest the following:
- Check the status of the order from the order page
- Check that the delivery address provided is correct
- Track your order using the tracking number provided
- If you have missed a delivery, contact the courier service or your local postal sorting office to arrange another delivery.
For further assistance, contact our support team, we will be happy to assist you.
If your item is deemed lost in the post, our support team will offer you the choice from an exchange or a full refund.
Delivery for digital items
When an order is placed with us, you will receive your activation code, download link and instructions to your e-mail address instantly.
You could also access your activation code(s), download link and instructions instantly by logging into your registered FMVSoft account.
A very small percentage of orders we receive may be verified or screened (less than 1%). These checks are carried out automatically by our system and/or your card issuer. There may be a delay with your order. This is usually resolved automatically by our system within 1 hour. If this does occurs, we will work hard to send your activation key as soon as possible in the shortest time-frame of less than 1 hour.
